What we believe.
Most AI advice is written for companies with 1,000 people, then trickled down to businesses with 5. It doesn't translate. The systems that work for enterprise ops teams either don't scale down at all, or they cost ten times what a five-person shop can justify.
Most “AI for business” SaaS undersells what's possible when systems talk. Most consultants oversell what's possible when they're trying to sell you something. The honest middle — specific, sized for the business in front of us — is mostly empty.
That's the middle we work in.
Every workflow gets routed through Build / Buy / Bridge / Skip. Some get built. Some get bought. Some get skipped. We're paid the same regardless of which answer comes back.
How we work.
Every engagement starts with a 20-minute discovery call. We walk through one workflow you bring to us, route it through Build, Buy, Bridge, or Skip, and tell you the next step. Most of the time the next step isn't “hire us” — and we'll tell you that plainly when it isn't.
When we do build, we scope what we'll ship in writing before anything moves. You approve it. We build. No tier menus. No scope creep. No pre-set packages.
What we don't do.
- No agency model.
- No white-label.
- No $99/month “AI subscription.”
- No paid training videos — the framework is free; we don't sell training.
- No long-term retainers without a scoped build underneath.
- No “fractional CTO” arrangements. We build specific things.
